We're seeking a detail-oriented CAD Designer to own the design process from concept through construction documentation.What You'll Do<ul><li>Conduct virtual site assessments (client photos, measurements, existing plans)</li><li>Develop hardscape, planting, lighting, and drainage plans remotely</li><li>Produce detailed drawings using Vectorworks (or equivalent CAD)</li><li>Create 3D renderings and construction documents</li><li>Prepare permitting packages and material lists</li><li>Partner with U.S. sales and production teams via virtual handoff meetings</li><li>Support field teams remotely during construction</li></ul>What You Need<ul><li>Formal education in Landscape Design, Architecture, or related field (or equivalent experience)</li><li>Proficiency in Vectorworks or comparable CAD software</li><li>Strong knowledge of plants, hardscape materials, drainage, and grading</li><li>Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines</li><li>Fluent in English (written and spoken) -- required for U.S. client and team communication</li><li>Reliable internet connection and remote work setup</li></ul>Preferred:<ul><li>2+ years landscape design experience (design-build or residential)</li><li>Experience with 3D rendering tools (Structure Studios, or similar)</li></ul> Salary &amp; Benefits<ul><li>$8-$12 per hour</li><li>Remote position&nbsp;</li><li>Performance-driven, flexible work environment</li><li>Growth opportunities within a creative, collaborative team</li></ul> LiveWell Outdoors is an equal opportunity employer.
